Fall Work Party
What are you doing for Columbus Day Weekend, Oct. 9-11, 2010?
Joining us for our Fall Work Party here at ToDo? Hooray!! We can’t wait to see you, take on a project with you, and enjoy your company! For those who don’t yet know about this, here’s what it involves:
Fall. The event takes place during Vermont’s prime foliage time. Along with nature’s vibrant colors are other aspects of local charm and beauty -- fresh-pressed apple cider, biking through covered bridges, harvest festivals, blue sky days and crisp air.
Work. There will be something for everyone to do, to help keep the ToDo flag flying high. We’ll be working on the grounds and the facility -- spiffing, digging, painting, grooming, repairing, building (and preparing some yummy provisions to keep the team strong, spirited and delighted).
Party. There will be music, great food, and interesting company. Please come and be part of this festive, let’s-get-some-things-done event
We’ll be putting folks up here, or making arrangements off-site (there will be an off-site cost, so reserve a spot early). Make some new friends (or reconnect with old ones). And enjoy the changing of yet another season, Vermont style.

Sunday's focus is drawn from Morita Therapy and will include topics such as working with your attention, self-discipline, coexisting with feelings, setting goals, finding purpose, and establishing daily life criteria.

Take a short drive and relax on the shore of Lake Champlain. Hop an evening ferry and watch the sunset over the Adirondack Mountains. Ride your bicycle through covered bridges. Take a walk on the Robert Frost Nature Trail or if you're more ambitious try a climb to the top of Camel's Hump Mountain. Good food is abundant in both Burlington and Middlebury. Or simply relax on our deck with a book, a glass of maple lemonade and a breeze.
